Dr. Szpiro, he support staff, and her practice are all top notch. I’d recommend nobody else for anything in the podiatry field. I’m not easily impressed either, and I am a true a$$ hole when it comes to my medical care. Case in point, I once spotted a degree from a Florida university in a specialist’s office, after already not being impressed. I asked if he was had gone there to confirm the fact - he had, and I walked out. That aside - Szpiro knows her stuff, has a spectacular bedside manner, and behaves like a regular human being, and an intelligent and experienced doctor. A rare combination these days. “The clinic experience was 5/5. But then the billing office sent me a bill for $800 for the orthotics that I had already paid $600 for at the time of order. And then they said it was my problem and that I needed to contact the practice and send them (the billing office) my receipt because they were “separate” from the practice. Huge waste of my time and I refused, telling them they need to solve their own internal communications issues. That’s a 1/5 for customer relations. Otherwise the clinical practice is great!!”
